TERMS OF SERVICE
BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
Commissioned artwork can only be used for personal purposes only, including but not limited to posting on social media and making personal prints (under 10 prints per artwork). Proper credit needs to be given to the artist in all cases.
Terms & Conditions
- I can draw: Original Character, fanart, couple
- I won't draw: old people, mecha, furry, sci-fi, NSFW content
- Time until finished will varies from 2 to 6 months depends on the complexity.
- Please check out my gallery or my artworks at Cara to know what I can do best.
- I will refuse the commission if its out of my capability.
- I won't be doing design from scratch so please send me your character sheet, references of poses or ideas that you already have in mind.
- Please refrain from changing the brief in general after payment, or additional price will be added accordingly to the complexity.
- The composition, porpotion, colours, etc. as I do the work will look slightly different from the original references, please keep that in mind for consideration.
Commissioner can not
- Claim as your own drawing and take away my credit.
- Trace, edit, reproduce or use for any commercial purposes without my consent and paying royalties/commercial fees.
- Use for competition or NFTs and other similar blockchains.
- Use to train AI programs.
Payment and Refund
- Payment via Paypal or Vietnam banks.
- Please pay 50% or 100% upfront. If you decided to pay 50%, then the other 50% has to be paid after the sketch phase.
- If you're not happy with the sketch ,I will refund 80% of the whole commission price.
- If you're not happy with the color sketch, I will refund 50% of the whole commission price.
- Full refund will only available if I haven't started working on your commission.
If I'm unable to finished your commission, I'll inform and discuss with you a reasonable refund depending on the process of commission and other details.
